MyPass Information

All high school students in the province of Alberta are expected to create their own MyPass Account through Alberta Education. This should be completed in Grade 10. This allows students to track progress, register for Diploma Exam rewrites, find out Diploma results, and order Official Transcripts for Post Secondary Application.

If you haven't done so already, please use the link provided tobegin the process. Instructions are easy to follow. Students will need their ASN (Alberta Student Number - 9 digits) in order to create their MyPass Account. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Ms. Laudel, Guidance Counselor.

Timetable Change Process

Exam Time each semester are the primary times to make schedule changes. It is crucial that students view their next year schedule in June and make appointments to change courses during exam time. A very short window of time is given at the beginning of each semester for changes but these are done on a priority basis:  new students with no schedule, students who have completed summer school courses and now need an option, core classes missing or wrong sequence, and lastly option changes.

Each person on our team has different availability due to contract and out of office meetings.
