Convocation

The graduation ceremony will be on Thursday, June 27th, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at Spray Lakes Sawmill Center.

Grad Folders

If families were unable to attend, please have the grad come by the office to pick up their grad folder. Inside you will find your Detailed Academic Report (DAR), Graduation Checklist, information about jewelry sales etc.

Grad Photos

Grad photos are scheduled for December 3^rd to 13^th in the Learning Commons.  A link will be shared with you to book your spot.  A few things about photos:

• A session is 30 minutes:  photos with cap and gown, and personal photos with sports equipment, prom clothing, hobbies/interests etc.
• Whether you want photos or not, all graduates must book a time, as we need a photo for the composite.  There is NO CHARGE if you have you are only getting a photo for the composite.​

Graduation Fees

Once we have the logistics finalized, the grad fee will be determined and posted on School Cash.

• Grad Fees include:
• Grad Hoodie
• Cap, gown and stole
• Grad scroll and cover
• Fees associated with the venue booking and event planner

Orders are due October 27th. A link was sent out. Come to the office if you don't have the link.

Baby Photos

All graduates are encouraged to submit a baby photo for the graduation slideshow.  Photos can be sent by email. Information on this was sent out. Speak with the office if you need the email address.

Josten's Grad Jewelry/Memories

Josten's will be at CHS on Wednesday, October 18^th from 11:30 to 1:00. Catalogues can be picked up in the office.
