Volunteer Record Checks
Will you be volunteering at your child's school during the school? If so, you'll need to submit a criminal record check to the school or if you submitted one in the last five years, you'll need to sign and submit an Annual Statutory Declaration Form for Volunteers. Criminal Record Checks are done at the local RCMP detachment in Cochrane. Please call them to see which days they are done.
All volunteer record checks are considered valid for one calendar year, but can be renewed annually for up to five years via RVS' Annual Statutory Declaration.
All information is retained confidentially, and complies with FOIP Act.
